As we approach the end of the school year, we want to remind you that your child’s 8th-grade promotion ceremony is coming up soon. The ceremony will be held on May 24th. As part of the ceremony, all students will need to wear a cap and gown. To ensure that your child has the correct size for their cap and gown, we are asking that you place an order as soon as possible. The deadline for ordering is April 28, 2023. Any orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the ceremony. To place your order, please visit jtmoore.gradclass.com and follow the instructions for ordering graduation attire. The cost for the cap and gown is $22.95. Payment can only be made online directly to the ordering company.
Please note that if your child is unable to afford the cost of the cap and gown, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss alternative arrangements. We strongly encourage all students to participate in our 8th-grade promotion ceremony. This is a special occasion for both students and parents, and we look forward to celebrating this important milestone with you. Please be reminded that if your child has failed more than 1 class for the year, they will not be eligible to participate in the promotion ceremony and will not receive a promotion certificate.
