On March 27 at 7 pm, the JTM PTO is hosting Dr. Nidhi Gupta in a webinar titled “Discovering the Joy of Parenting Screenagers.” Dr. Gupta will spread awareness about the smart use of technology, devices, and screens so that children and adults can improve their health and well-being while staying connected.

The webinar and seminars are designed to:
- Be a practical toolbox to achieve life-technology balance;
- Support participants in developing or improving the skills vital to thriving in the digital age;
- Empower parents and teachers to support their children in their journey with technology;
- Educate participants to identify the impact of excessive wireless mobile device (WMD) use on their body and mind; and
- Empower participants to prioritize what is important to them and foster a new ability to positively influence their future and the future of those they care about.
