It’s that time of year! Below, you’ll find links to the 2021 TNReady testing schedule. This year all testing must be done in person even if students are virtual learners. This is a state rule. We are taking every precaution to ensure students are as distanced as possible throughout the building.
Testing Start and Finish Times.
- All tests will begin in the morning (unless otherwise noted for high school math). Doors to the school open at 8:40am; please have students here by then as we’d like to start testing as close to 9am as possible. We will have adults in the hallways directing students that have never been to the building. The morning testing window ends at 11:15am officially.
- Expected finish times each day:
- Wednesday, Apr 21: 10:40am
- Thursday, Apr 22: 10:40am
- Friday, Apr 23: 11am
- Monday, Apr 26: 11am
- Tuesday, Apr 27: 11am
- Wednesday, Apr 28: 10:30am
- Expected finish times each day:
Transportation.
- If you are a zoned student, buses will run in the morning and afternoon. If you have a virtual student and would like to pick up your student after testing, you may do so.
- Midday pick up procedure: As cars line up, we will have someone taking down names. Since we cannot interrupt the testing environment, we will have to track down students by foot until 11:15am. Please expect a slower dismissal process. Once the testing window closes, please come to the front door as you normally would to pick up your student.
Virtual Students.
- For the most part, these students will test with their homeroom teacher. We are locating spaces in the building to accommodate all students as safely as possible. There are always some changes to schedules to balance class sizes and attend to student needs.
Daily Bell Schedule.
- After testing is finished, students will resume their day. Teachers will rotate through classrooms. Virtual students will go to either the gym or theatre to continue their virtual schedules. Virtual students may be picked up after their tests.

The staff at JTM takes the health and safety of all students seriously. We look forward to a smooth and productive assessment period.
