J.T. MOORE'S FAMILY ENGAGEMENT PLAN

Objective:
The objective of this family engagement plan is to cultivate a strong partnership between John Trotwood Moore Middle School and its families. By actively involving families in the education process, we aim to create a supportive environment that enhances student success and overall school community.

1. Open Communication Channels:
– Regularly communicate with families through various channels such as emails, newsletters, and social media platforms.
– Provide clear and concise information about school events, academic updates, and resources available for families.
– Encourage two-way communication by inviting families to share their feedback, concerns, or suggestions.

2. Parental Involvement Opportunities:
– Organize regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, set goals, and address any concerns.

– Establish a parent advisory committee to involve parents in decision-making processes and school improvement initiatives.
